Cuff bracelet measures roughly just over 2.5 inches {63mm} x 2-1/8 inches {55mm}. Width is roughly 1/4 inch. Charms hang down from cuff approx 1/3 - 1/2 inch {13mm}. This cuff is NOT adjustable {and attempts should not be made to do so}, but is very slightly flexible to allow for ease of wearing and removing of cuff. **I strongly recommend measuring your own hand and wrist prior to purchase to be certain how this would fit and look on your own wrist.
